An Ocean Apart: British and American Duets

Creating this program especially for their tour of London churches in 2008, Angelynne and Melinda unearthed lesser-known duets written and performed in the early to mid-20th century.  The British selections include the music of Howells, Quilter and Somervell written in the tradition of the Victorian salon.  The American duets range from folk tunes to spirituals to ragtime, culminating in American opera.
