With A Song in Our Hearts

This program features the music of German composers Fanny Mendelssohn-Hensel and her brother Felix, Schubert, Schumann, Brahms and Beethoven - with a little Dvorak thrown in!

This full-length concert includes duets and solos that celebrate the birthplace of romanticism in classical music - 19th century Germany.  From the lilting melodies of the Mendelssohns to the folk infused duets of Beethoven, this program features voices, cello and clarinet.  Dorothy Braker, cello, Karen Luttik, clarinet and Mary Towse-Beck join Angelynne and Melinda in this celebration of love and pastoral beauty.
